Refund, Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy
If you find yourself in the situation where you are unable to attend your scheduled course, we will attempt to accommodate you in one of the following ways:
- register you in a future offering of the same course, or
- different course
If none of the above options work for you, and you have contacted our office prior to the registration deadline, we will be happy to issue you a refund less our standard withdrawal fee (effective January 1, 2018).
Cancellation requests may be submitted by email, mail, fax, by phone or in person.

Be Fit for Life: | 4 business days prior to start date | 25% of the course tuition or $30, whichever is less. admin fee* |
* Withdrawal fee will go into effect January 1, 2018.
Registration withdrawals after the registration deadline will not be eligible for a refund. These policies apply to all Lethbridge College Extension
courses unless the course information specifically states a different policy.
