Gluten-free baking should not limit anyone’s enjoyment of sweet treats or baked goods. Our gluten-free baking course teaches bakers to use gluten-free ingredients to create a product that is delicious and enjoyable to eat.
 
This courses focuses on educating baking enthusiasts about gluten-free dining without sacrificing flavor or your wallet. Sit back and enjoy watching our skilled chefs demonstrate the art of gluten-free baking. Our chefs will experiment with recipes like Chocolate dipped Espresso Meringues, Lemon Almond Macaroons and more! This course will have your mouth watering in no time.


Outcomes
Upon successful completion of Gluten-Free Baking, you will:
  • know how to make three different gluten-free recipes.
  • recognize the great tastes that gluten-free baking can have.
  • be able to bake gluten-free goodies on a budget.
  • obtain a Recognition of Participation certificate.
