CourseGraphic Course Description
Change can be a painful or smooth experience for staff. As the key implementer of change, staff relations should be prioritized and well executed to increase the success of change initiatives. If you lead your people with powerful communication, listen to their feedback, and then create a shared belief that the upcoming change is the best course of action, your change will be successful and you will see new processes flourish. This course can help you achieve the results you desire when implementing change.

We live in a world where change is common, ongoing, and necessary. Sixty to ninety percent of change initiatives fail to achieve their objectives. This causes managers to dread implementing change among their staff, and their staff to dread change. It wastes time and resources, and promotes poor morale. But, there is a better way to be successful. This course will be a critical element in helping you Lead Staff Through Change.

Outcomes
Upon successful completion of Lead Staff Through Change, you will:
  • anticipate the impact of change and identify the four change process personas.
  • successfully lead staff through the four stages of change: develop, introduce, implement, and adopt.
  • confidently feel that your team will accept the necessity of change and reap the benefits of it.
  • obtain a Recognition of Participation certificate.
