Course Description
Have you found yourself assimilated into an office environment that could be run with a more streamlined, professional approach? Are you interested in starting a career in an office? If so, this program is perfect for you. With constant changes to the best practices for a successful and organized office, it is crucial to stay on top of new information coming from experienced professionals. This course will cover a wide array of essential topics including filing, record keeping, office equipment, prioritizing tasks, telephone etiquette as well as health and safety concerns

Office Procedures is an intensive two night program that will cover important topics and skills for the new and already employed office worker that are required to maintain a successful and organized office.
 
Outcomes

Upon successful completion of Office Procedures, you will be able to:
  • maintain a successful and organized office.
  • identify and implement the latest, best practices for a functional and successful office.
  • feel confident when applying for an office job.
  • obtain a Recognition of Participation certificate.

This course has no prerequisites.
