Has your company decided to implement Microsoft SharePoint? Whether you are an end user, administrator, or IT professional it is important to use this software in a way that contributes to your performance and not add to your work load!  This training will provide you with the knowledge of what SharePoint is, what it can do for you, and the basic skills to use it.  You will learn to navigate SharePoint effectively and make your data work for you.

Microsoft SharePoint 2013 is a six hour intensive course which will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate and thrive in a SharePoint environment. Learn skills such as preparing, storing, managing, and visualizing information effectively in SharePoint through hands-on learning.


Upon successful completion of Microsoft Sharepoint 2013, you will:
  • describe what SharePoint offers and how it can help you.
  • define SharePoint terminology, concepts, and components.
  • use sites, lists, views, apps, documents, and websites.
  • add, edit, organize, filter, and sort your data.
  • interact with libraries and understand document management.
  • search for and access information quickly and efficiently.
  • interact with Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft products.

This course has no prerequisites.

Course materials are included.

Participants are encouraged to buy, “Microsoft SharePoint 2013 Step by Step 1st Edition”. This is not included in the registration fee.
