Course Description
In just one evening, get ready to take a trip around the world and be taken on a Malaysian journey exploring the culture and mouth-watering foods.

This course will introduce you to the intermarriage of foods from three major ethnic groups: Malays, Chinese, and Indian. Because of this diversity, the country enriches its dinner table with aromatic spices and dishes such as ‘Nasi Lemak’ and ‘Rendang’. Sit back and enjoy watching our skilled chefs demonstrate the art of Malaysian cooking. Come learn, enjoy and have fun!

Outcomes
Upon successful completion of Malaysian Cooking, you will:
  • know about a variety of Malaysian dishes and how to prepare them.
  • obtain a Recognition of Participation certificate.
