Building on the first session, Yang Short Form will use the basic principles in different balance postures and directions. As well as the health benefits, it combines some of the internal power self-defense martial art aspects hidden in the slow, gentle, beautiful movements. Coordination, balance, memory and focused concentration are increased with practice. Wear comfortable clothing. Your Qualified Instructor has over 25 years of training from 3 Masters. Participants in this class must have taken one Tai Chi class prior to this one. This class is not for beginners.
