Course Description
A very short Tai Chi/Qigong sequence integrating its links to health benefits within Traditional Chinese Medicine. Included are additional qigong exercises aiding cardiovascular and respiratory health. This is “brain plasticity” in action. Many doctors recommend Tai Chi to their patients with health challenges. With only 13basic moves, it is excellent for beginners and advanced students. Balance, flexibility, coordination, stress reduction, better sleep, increased memory and focus are some of the benefits with practice. Suitable for all ages and abilities. Wear comfortable clothing. Your Qualified Instructor has over 25 years of training from 3 Masters.

This course has no prerequisites.
