Sitting back and focusing only on your personal goals will not benefit your team or help your brand grow. Many leaders don’t even know where to begin when it comes to inspiring their staff, but leadership is not just an inherent skill. Upon successful completion of Inspire Staff to Optimal Performance, you will:
- understand the importance of inspiration.
- personalize your organizational vision, mission, and values to inspire your individual staff members.
- be able to create an action plan to inspire staff.
- have the skills to document staff goals for future development.
- obtain a Recognition of Participation certificate.
No prerequisites required.
This course is part of the Supervisor 202 Series, but can be taken individually as well.
