Course Description
We all have favourite Chinese dishes, but replicating flavours at home can be challenging.  Learn how to make (2) Chinese stir fry dishes that can be quick, easy, delicious and healthy meal choices for you and your family.
 
Outcomes
  • learn new culinary skills (vegetable and protein prep & knife skills)
Prerequisites
This course has no prerequisites.

Notes
Course materials are included.
You will take home everything you make, so please bring your own container(s) for your prepared food.  We suggest plastic containers that hold between 9 - 14 cups.
