Course Description
Time to find your inner Italian and explore the art of pasta making!  Get your hands dirty and learn how to shape dough and sheet pasta.  Presentation points are always a bonus, so proper cooking and plating will also be demonstrated.  After learning how to make several different pastas, everyone will be saying “Sei fantastico!” around your dinner table.
Outcomes
  • Learn traditional cooking techniques
  • Learn how to hand shape your own pasta at home

This course has no prerequisites.
