Course Description
What if you could transform Sunday’s leftover roast and side dishes into 3 different meals for the remainder of the week?  We’d love for you to learn how to elevate your leftovers into new meals.  This class will teach you time saving preparation tricks and delicious, nutritious, quick, efficient and economical ways to transform the food in your fridge.
Outcomes
  • Learn innovative ways to re-create leftovers into a new dish
  • Recognize great meal building components (protein choices)
  • Learn how to maximize your grocery purchases
  • Learn efficient meal preparation
Prerequisites
This course has no prerequisites.
Notes
Course materials are included.
You will take home everything you prepare, so please bring your own container(s) to take home your prepared food.  We suggest plastic containers that hold between 9 – 14 cups.
