Course Description
Running out the door without fueling up in the morning because you think you are too busy for breakfast?  Not anymore!  How?  Stop making breakfast in the morning!  In this 2 hour class, you will learn why breakfast is important to your health and well-being, how to create numerous delicious and healthy make-ahead breakfasts that will nourish and energize you.
 

Outcomes
  • Have healthy make-ahead breakfast recipes
  • Learn to plan, batch cook/prepare and store food safely
  • Understand the importance of healthy morning food choices
 
Prerequisites
This course has no prerequisites.
 
Notes
Course materials are included.
You will take home all the food you prepare.  Please bring your own container(s).  We suggest (3) mason jars and plastic containers that hold between 9 – 14 cups.
