We’re not gonna lie, creating and maintaining collaborative workplace relationships can be challenging. However, there are strategies and tools to help leaders capitalize on the diverse strengths of their team members, foster team spirit, support collaboration, prevent conflicts and develop leadership capacity in others. And it all starts with understanding yourself! In this highly interactive course, your facilitator will model each of the strategies as they are presented and you will have an opportunity to test tools with your leadership cohort before “trying them at home” with your own workplace teams. (Warning: this course may include conversations about feelings.)
