Course Description
This course will teach you intermediate tasks of word-processing including: mail merge, columns, tables, borders, headers and footers.

The four essentials of word processing are creating, editing, saving, and printing. In Word Advanced you will learn more intermediate tasks that build on the basic skills that any computer user must have. Prepare yourself for a wide diversity of job options by becoming well versed in Word. This course is designed for people who are familiar with personal computers, using a keyboard and using a mouse.

Outcomes
Upon successful completion of Microsoft Word Advanced, you will:
  • be capable of more advanced word processing including columns, tables, borders, headers and footers.
  • have practical examples of your new skill set that you can apply to your own business.
  • obtain a Recognition of Participation Certificate.

No Prerequisites.

This course will address the differences between the 2010, 2013 and 2016 versions of Microsoft Word.
