“I HATE CHOCOLATE!” said no one ever.

This class will teach you all the basics of how to make your very own chocolates. Through hands on experience, you will learn the techniques required for dipped truffles, Japanese truffles, and molded chocolates.
 
Along the way you will also learn where chocolate comes from, and how it is transformed from the bitter seed of a tropical tree to the delicious candy you know and love.
 
At the end of the course, you will walk away with a box of your own freshly made molded and dipped chocolates.
 

Outcomes
Upon successful completion of Chocolate Making, you will:
  • Understand the process of how chocolate is made, from the bean to delicious truffles
  • Know the steps involved in tempering chocolate by hand and by machine
  • Be able to make both dipped and molded chocolates

This course has no prerequisites.
