Learn from a certified endurance coach and athlete! This 4-week course you will help motivate you to train. You will learn efficient techniques and proper periodization, expand your conditioning and have a group and coach to feel accountable to.
This program is designed for ages 14 years + who want to get back into training or start fresh with a multisport approach. We are offering this program as a hybrid of in-person outdoor coaching, and online, to focus on enhancing your cardiovascular training through running and cycling.
In this training program, you will receive 8 hours of coaching, a training program, and unlimited communication with the coach. See the breakdown below:
- Four weekly in person group workouts on Tuesdays 6:00pm -7:00pm, meeting at Lethbridge College parking lot N
- Four weekly online information sessions Thursday 6:00pm - 7:00pm, Zoom link will be provided
- Semi-custom training plan
- Unlimited communication with coach
Group runs and rides will be safely distanced, controlled, and coordinated. Expect to get your shoes dirty and legs greasy as we cover all aspects of multisport training and racing. Whether you're a newbie or a multisport veteran, this program will help elevate your fitness and if competition is your goal, you'll be ready when the opportunities return.
