Bring your mat to overlook beautiful coulee views and restore your body in the evening with Donna. This flow class incorporates creative sequencing with an emphasis on moving with strength and fluidity while enjoying a well-balanced practice. This class will leave you feeling strong and centered.
This course has no prerequisites. All levels of yoga are welcome.
You will need to provide your own yoga mat, or you can perform the class on the grass.
Appropriate distancing will be in place, masks are not required but you are welcome to bring one.
