CourseGraphic Course Description
This workout combines indoor cycling to improve your cardiovascular fitness level with strength training exercises to increase muscle tone, power, and strength. This class format is a calorie burner! Be prepared to sweat. Don't forget your towel and water bottle.

In this semi-private fitness class, all levels of fitness are welcome. Your certified instructor will specifically work with your starting point and goals to challenge and progress you appropriately over 14 weeks.
