CourseGraphic Course Description
This highly efficient full body strength training class uses barbells, hand weights, sandbags bodyweight, and tubing to increase resistance to build muscular strength and endurance. This semi-private training class allows you to come into the class at any point in your fitness journey. The instructor will specifically work with your current fitness level and progress you appropriately towards your personalized goals over the 14 weeks.
