CourseGraphic Course Description
Your qualified yoga instructor will guide you through yoga techniques to get your mind and body into a space of relaxation. Combine deep breathing and yoga sequencing to reduce stress and body tension while increasing peace of mind.
Yoga mats are available for your use, but you are strongly encouraged to bring your own.
