Course Description
This class has it all! A combination of activities is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination in a group setting. Get and Keep Fit is instructed by certified health and fitness professionals. The activities can be modified to challenge beginners as well as veteran exercisers.
This course is delivered in an online format until restrictions allow face-to-face instruction.

Class numbers are lower due to distancing regulations. Please put yourself on the waitlist if the class is already full.
If you are experiencing any signs of symptoms of COVID-19, please do not attend class. Sanitization will be required when entering and exiting the space. Bring a mask to use while entering/exiting; however, we are following the AB Gov't guidelines so you will not be wearing a mask during exercising. You will be safely distanced during the entire class. We appreciate you adapting with us to keep everyone safe. Thank you.
