ClassGraphic Course Description
Culinary Creations Chefs Club is a six-week cooking experience for kids!  Kids will learn basic cooking skills, improve their existing talents and learn new techniques in the Lethbridge College state-of-the-art culinary facility.  The focus will be essential cooking techniques, introductory knife skills, baking basics and preparing internationally inspired dishes.
The Chefs Club is hands-on learning that will empower students to prepare meals and desserts in their home kitchen.  Each week, students will make & take home their creations – with more than enough to share!

  • Improve existing culinary skills and learn new techniques
  • Gain confidence to orchestrate meal prep at home
  • Exposure to new recipes and flavours
  • Gain food and nutrition knowledge

This course has no prerequisites
 
Ages
This course is for children between the ages of 9-17.
