Comfort food at it’s finest – there’s nothing better than a bowl of soup for your winter lunch or hearty stew for supper.  Learn how to make and store soup broth/stocks (protein and vegetable).  Soups and stews use the same base ingredients – understand what makes them different – broth, cream, roux. 
  • make a broth and cream soup
  • have recipes for and an understanding of soup stocks
  • know how to take a hearty soup to a stew using a roux
This course has no prerequisites.


Course materials are included.
