Course Description
Do you need to manage a project but aren’t sure how to get started with Microsoft Project? In this short but intensive course you will learn how to start a new project, create project tasks, and give structure to your project by linking one task to another. Track and manage projects with ease. Learning these key tricks and techniques will save you valuable time and wasted frustration.
Microsoft Project will give you the knowledge and skills you need to expertly and successfully manage and deliver a wide range of projects on Microsoft Project. This program is a more powerful, visually enhanced, and intuitive way to create and manage projects when successfully navigated and executed.

Outcomes
Upon successful completion of Microsoft Project, you will:
discuss the enhanced features of Microsoft Project.
structure a project from creation to completion.
understand and utilize the new view features.
manage projects with confidence and ease, ending your personal frustration!
obtain a Recognition of Participation Certificate.

This course has no prerequisites.

Participants can chose to take this course within a series or individually.
This course will address differences between Microsoft 2010, 2013 & 2016 versions.
