Are you a beginner or someone who wants to improve their skills on a mountain bike? This session is geared for adults that have not tried mountain biking before. Over the four weeks, you will learn various skills such as: neutral position, ready position, bike body separation, straight-line riding, climbing, descending, braking, and more! Skills will build off of each other based on how you progress to enhance your competence on mountain bike trails.
What to bring:
Mandatory – Helmet, water
Highly Recommended – gloves, sticky-soled runners that are comfortable on flat pedals, flat pedals, protective gear like knee pads, elbow pads if you have them.
The lessons are for lessons are 60 minutes in length, meeting and finishing at Fort Whoop-Up - 200 Indian Battle Rd S. Please bring lots of water and some snacks for fuel. Helmets are required and gloves are recommended.
