Course Description
You probably already have a personal leadership brand but, do you have the right one? A leadership brand conveys your identity and distinctiveness as a leader. It communicates the value you offer. Developing your personal brand is essential for the advancement of your career and development as a leader. Personal branding is about making a full-time commitment to the journey of defining yourself as a leader and how this will shape the manner in which you will serve others.

Leadership branding creates the opportunity for personal and organizational branding to be married; leaders can represent themselves and their organizations positively, contributing to the visibility and good reputation of both. Leadership branding also gives managers the opportunity to more effectively serve their organizations by focusing on their stakeholders’ needs, while developing personally by addressing those needs using their unique strengths and expertise. Are you aware what your personal leadership brand is? How can you make it stronger, more effective, and marry it more with who you really are? Let us show you how.

Upon successful completion of Build Your Leadership Brand, you will:
  • know how to create and use leadership branding effectively in order to create an impactful brand that has both organizational alignment and customer appeal.
  • be able to create a brand that is authentic and allows you to thrive.
  • improve your engagement in your organization.
  • move beyond your branding statement to actually live your brand in your day-to-day life.
  • obtain a Recognition of Participation certificate.
