PM: Schedule & Cost Management illustrates the application of the key Schedule and Cost processes described in the PMBOK® Guide – Sixth Edition. The Schedule Management processes covered include Plan Schedule Management, Sequence Activities, Define Scope, Estimate Activity Durations, Develop Schedule and Control Schedule. The Project Cost Management processes covered include Plan Cost Management, Estimate Costs, Develop Schedule, and Control Costs.
Upon successful completion of Schedule and Cost Management, you will be able to:
- identify, describe and apply the six Project Schedule Management processes.
- examine and apply the four Project Cost Management processes.
- diagnose the relationship between the project schedule and the project budget.
- apply and create the tools and techniques, and create the output documents for the key Schedule and Cost processes in a sample project.

You may take this course independently or choose to take the series in its entirety.
