Enjoy taste sensations from around the world without leaving Lethbridge. Tastes of the World is an extension of the hit Culinary Creations Boot Camp. You’ll expand your cooking knowledge and level up your cooking skills while creating appetizers, meals and desserts from around the world.

Level 2 - more in-depth look into the world of culinary.

This course has no prerequisites.
This camp is for youth between the age of 12-17.

  • Dress code: All campers are required to wear closed-toe shoes and full-length pants in the kitchen. Participants with long hair should bring elastics to tie back their hair.
  • Registration fee includes a chef’s jacket & hat, all food products and food samples.
  • Allergy alert: Camp includes the preparation of foods containing nuts, fish and seafood. Lethbridge College kitchens and bakeries process nuts and other allergens.
  • Lunch is provided for campers.
  • Campers are encouraged to bring container(s) for the food they prepare and may take home.

Please read:  July 25 – 29 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Campers need to bring clothing/shoes suitable for this Camp, i.e., sturdy closed-toed shoes, long pants – preferably black in color. Hair must be kept under control. Campers are encouraged to bring container(s) for the food they prepare and may take home.
