ClassGraphic Course Description
This noon hour workout focuses on full body strength training exercises using a variety of equipment, combined with cardio intervals.  Using a variety of interval training formats, you'll get bursts of muscle work followed by recovery. Your heart will be pumping and muscles working!  Suitable for new or experienced exercisers, the instructor will offer options to suit your desire for challenge.
