Lethbridge College's Youth Culinary Boot Camp provides campers the opportunity to discover basic cooking techniques in a professional kitchen. This camp has been created with young food enthusiasts in mind, allowing students to learn hands on in the kitchen. Lethbridge College’s Culinary Youth Boot Camp allows students to explore all aspects of meal creations; appetizers, soups, salads, main courses, and desserts. On the last day, campers execute a three-course lunch in our Garden Court dining room as a team for two of their invited guests.
This course has no prerequisites.
This camp is for youth between the age of 10-16.
Cost includes chef's jacket, hat, all food products and food samples.
Lunch is provided for campers.
