Course Description
An extension of the hit Youth Culinary Boot Camp, the Lethbridge College proudly presents Tastes of the World. Do you have basic cooking and kitchen safety skills and are interested in learning new cooking techniques and tricks? If so, then this camp is for you! Come advance your skills and build up your confidence in the kitchen as you take a more in-depth look at appetizers, soups, salads, main courses, and dessert creations. All of these topics and more will be explored through the study of foods from all over the globe. Come join us in this exciting week and taste the world!

On the last day, campers execute a three-course lunch in our Garden Court dining room as a team for two of their invited guests.


Prerequisites
This course has no prerequisites.
 

Ages
This camp is for youth between the age of 10-16.


Notes
Cost includes chef's jacket, hat, all food products and food samples.
 
Lunch is provided for campers.
