Course Description
To many people, engaging Millennials may be a difficult and daunting task. As a result of an increasingly technological, competitive and educated world, people born within 1980-2000 have developed new norms in order to excel within society.
 
Although this age group may seem to have different motivations compared to previous ones, Millennials are inspired by the same driving factors as other older generations. This course will teach you the similarities and differences Millennials have compared to other age demographics as well as how to use these similarities/differences to your advantage. Come learn how to develop a plan to engage Millennials and experience the effects across your workforce. 

 
Outcomes
Upon successful completion of Engaging Millennials, you will:
  • know the factors that have shaped and impacted Millennials such as technology and competition.
  • understand and be able to employ tactics in order to better engage millennials as a manager.
  • be able to develop an engagement plan so your organization can reap the rewards of Millennial employees.
  • obtain a Recognition of Achievement certificate.
