Leadership Program

Whether you’re an emerging leader or a manager with loads of experience, you’ll be challenged to adopt a growth mindset as you develop seven core leadership competencies through an apprenticeship approach.

Just like a carpenter, a chef or a printmaker, you’ll have an opportunity to experiment with new techniques and tools “in the shop” before practicing them in the real world. Prepare to get your hands dirty and your feet wet as you apply leadership theories, tools and techniques to individual and team challenges. You’ll also assemble a toolkit (take-away resources and strategies) as you go along.

You will be challenged to apply your learning within your own organization. As you complete your leadership challenges, you’ll have an opportunity to add digital badges to your leadership portfolio.

This program is eligible for the Canada – Alberta Job Grant (CAJG), which will reimburse up to 2/3 of the costs of training for organizations that qualify.
