Virtual Miles of Motivation - Run/Walk Challenge
Welcome to your running plan! The goals and plans below have been designed to help motivate you to start and accumulate a total of a 42.2 km, the distance of a full marathon. With the variety of plans, all ages and abilities can take part. To help yourself with accountability, make it a family challenge, or text a friend and get them involved too. You can log your runs virtually on the Strava app.
Goal 1: Run the distance of a marathon in desired timeframe that is right for you and your current fitness level with walking, jogging, or running. Remember to keep running distance increases to no more than 10% per week.
Goal 2: Run in a virtual race and post your time June 20th.
