Course Description:
If you are passionate about exploring a variety of baking techniques, the Adult Baking Boot Camp is for you! This hands-on camp will give you experience working with yeast rising products, making a variety of pastries, using different types of dough, and experimenting with different types of cakes. To top it all off, we will also cover dessert sauces and plating styles.
This course will give you the experience needed to bake with confidence at home or during special occasions. Come develop your baking skills with us, and, go home with the goodies you bake every day!

Upon successful completion of Adult Baking Boot Camp, you will:
  • have gained knowledge and skills in baking.
  • know how to make a variety of pastries and cakes
  • be able to work with yeast rising products.
  • obtain a Recognition of Achievement certificate.
This course has no prerequisites.

Cost includes chef's jacket, hat, all food products and food samples.
Course materials are included.
