Join Donna twice a week on your own schedule for this 6 week course that will help you find energy, build stability and restore your body. This flow class will incorporate creative sequencing with an emphasis on moving with strength and fluidity while enjoying a well-balanced practice. Yoga for flexibility, strength, stability, energy, stress reduction and rest will be explored. The online format will include mindfulness activities and opportunities for group discussions and connections with Donna. This class will leave you feeling strong and centered.
