Making sausage at home is one of those lost arts that really is not as difficult as it sounds.  Join Chef Adam in this class and learn to cut, grind, season and stuff Italian pork sausage into natural hog casings. Learn to link sausages and how to store them. Come and learn to create truly great sausages, and take some home to enjoy.
