ClassGraphic Who doesn’t love pastries?! In this immersive 2-hour class you will learn the fundamentals of choux pastry, which is used to create many types of pastries. Chef Amanda will then teach you to make lemon cream puffs and chocolate raspberry eclairs. This is a make-and-take class to you’ll leave with pastries to share and the skills to make more in your home.
