ClassGraphic Course Description
This highly efficient full body strength training class uses barbells, dumbells, sandbags, bodyweight, and tubing to build muscular strength and endurance. This is a great class to help you gain experience with using free weights. Come into the class at any point in your fitness journey and the instructor will work with your current fitness level and progress you appropriately.
