ClassGraphic Stress is an everyday part of life.  Ongoing stress can eventually damage overall physical and mental health.  Stress and tension becomes trapped in our muscles and joints. This Yoga class focuses on addressing the effects of unmanaged stress and ways to properly release tension and restore balance.
