CourseGraphic Course Description:
Performing intentional movement with emphasize on your movement awareness, creating a strong mind and body connection. Utilizing the Pilates Principle of Centering and Fascial Fitness principle of Sensory Awareness, our focus will be to build a solid foundation, and strong functional movement while improving your alignment and posture.
