“I HATE CHOCOLATE!” said no one ever.
 
Chocolate Making is a three-hour class that focuses on the craft and detail of chocolate making. Come gain the knowledge and experience needed to making your very own ganache cream filled chocolates right in your own kitchen.
 
At the end of the course, you will walk away with a box of freshly made chocolates, a spatula, and a chocolate mold. Show how much you care by giving your family, friends and yourself the heartfelt gift of home-made chocolates.
 

Outcomes
Upon successful completion of Chocolate Making, you will:
  • have the skills to make various chocolate fillings
  • know the history of chocolate and how it is made.
  • execute the proper use of molds in chocolate making.
  • obtain a Recognition of Participation certificate.
