Course Description
Add a twist to some summertime classics to make your patio party an event to remember! This course helps you to prepare appetizers with simple ingredients that can be put together with short notice.
Patio Party Appetizers will start by focusing on Characutiere Platters (meat, cheese and pickle trays), which are an easy choice for parties - especially last minute ones. You will then take a look at more detailed recipes, such as three types of canapés, grilled jalapenos stuffed with shrimp mouse, and chili lime shrimp cocktails. With all these amazing appies, you will be sure to wow your guests!

Outcomes

Upon successful completion of Patio Party Appetizers, you will:
  • know how to make simple and scrumptious appetizers. 
  • be able to entertain and dazzle guests with your new culinary skills.
  • obtain a Recognition of Participation certificate.
