Are you looking to become more active with your child? Research shows that parents and children who are physically active together are more likely to be active for life. Be Fit For Life’s Be Fit with your Kid program incorporates activities that foster motivation, confidence, skill, and awareness for lifelong physical activity. Each week our instructors will lead you and your child through various activities (e.g., hiking, mountain biking, yoga) that emphasize fun and the social aspects of being active. All activity and skill levels are welcome. Children must be at least 10 years of age plus one parent or caregiver.
