Course Description:
This class is designed for a beginner who is just starting with their yoga practice. "Physical Yoga" covers postures in detail with special emphasis on precision, anatomical alignment, modifications and the use of props to perform poses. This style of yoga is described as Hatha Yoga with extra attention to precision and alignment.

Prerequisites:
This course has no prerequisites.

Notes:
Course materials are included.

Yoga mats are provided for your use but feel free to bring your own if you wish.
