Meeting Effectiveness 
What is virtual meeting etiquette? How should you have your camera and audio setup? What is the perfect length of time for a virtual meeting? This module will cover the basics to ensure your team is set up for better virtual meetings than ever before. 
  • Creating Powerful Questions
  • Lead Qualifying with BANT Questions
  • Emotional Intelligence
  • Active Listening & Value Creation

Proposals and Negotiations
Bring all the learning together with the 6-slide proposal template that will close more business than ever before! Focus on the client’s goals, current state, ideal state, solution, timeline, and investment.

Weeks 3, 7, 11 - class will be 8:00am to 10:30 - for industry guest speakers who are business development superstars
