Come join us for this 40-minute fast paced full body workout. We will have you training your strength and stamina during short, high intensity intervals in this Tabata class. Tabata is a specific HIIT protocol using 20 second work intervals, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times per set. The workouts will incorporate a variety of training modalities such as body weight resistance, dumbells, kettlebells, barbells and more!
