Course Description
Combine endurance and strength training in this Cycle class with the addition of barbell/hand weight exercises to improve power and muscle definition.

This workout combines indoor cycling to improve your cardiovascular fitness level with strength training exercises to increase muscle tone and strength. This format is a calorie burner. Be prepared to sweat. Don't forget your towel and water bottle.
