Adult Skating


Course Description: Get in shape with skating! In cooperation with the City of Lethbridge, come learn proper techniques for the forward and backward stride, turning and stopping, introduction to figure and power skating. Class will be divided into skill levels from Beginners (never skated before) to Intermediate. Wearing a helmet is mandatory for this class. Prerequisites: This course has no prerequisites. Notes: Participants must bring their own skates.
